Steps to Onboard New Employees on BizEdge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Start onboarding<\/strong>
In this section you get to select or search for the employee you\u2019d like to onboard then click on the setup onboarding button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The onboarding begins with the welcome message that all new employees will receive in the onboarding packet. This welcome message can be edited to your liking. After this, click on the \u2018Next\u2019 button to move to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Resumption details<\/strong>
In this section, fill the necessary resumption information for the employee; add the location, meeting link, date & time of resumption, and add the contact information of an employee the new employee should contact. After this, click on the \u2018Next\u2019 button to move to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Company documents\/ requests<\/strong>
Here, you can upload documents you\u2019d like to send to the employee. The documents can also be added from the documents you already have in the BizEdge app. After this, click on the \u2018Next\u2019 button to move to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the request section, specify which document you want the new employee to attach such as: NYSC certificate, references etc. After this, click on the \u2018Next\u2019 button to move to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: Notification<\/strong>
Enable a company wide email informing all employees of the new hire and enable email notification to the department team lead of the new employee as well. After this, click on the \u2018Next\u2019 button to move to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5: Task<\/strong>
Here, you can create a task for the employee or add a task from the task directory. Click the \u2018complete setup & send\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
