Click on the \u2018yes, enable &amp; send\u2019 button. All sections must amount to 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then click the <em>\u2018complete setup &amp; Notify employees\u2019<\/em> button and move to the next appraisal set up stage, Feedback.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Step 3: Set Up Feedback<br><\/strong>You can manually provide the feedback question by clicking the \u2018<em>add question\u2019 <\/em>button to add your questions. Then click the \u2018<em>complete score setup\u2019<\/em> button.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Step 5: Set up Dates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be taken to the details section to have a review of your appraisal setup in the employees you selected.
