It provides visibility into team attendance, leave requests, time off schedules, and appraisal, making team supervision and approvals easier and more organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the steps below to grant a line manager access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Step 1: Assign Line Manager Role<\/strong><br>To get started, you\u2019ll need to create a new employee profile or assign an existing employee the role of a line manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Step 2: Confirm Access to the MyEdge App<\/strong><br>Ensure the line manager has access to the MyEdge App. If they do not have access, open the employee\u2019s profile and send them an invitation to join MyEdge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: Grant Access to the MyTeam App<\/strong><br>1. Go to Settings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click Invite &amp; Access Level<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Locate the employee and enable their access to the MyTeam App<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once access is granted, the employee will receive an email with a login link. They can sign in to BizEdge using their MyEdge login details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Step 4: Using the MyTeam App<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After their BizEdge account is set up, the line manager will see the MyTeam App on their dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the app, line managers can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View their team members\u2019 celebrations and important milestones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor attendance records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track employee time off schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review, approve, or decline leave requests from team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You have successfully set up the MyTeam App, enabling your line managers to efficiently supervise and support their teams.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The MyTeam App on BizEdge helps line managers effectively oversee their teams.
