BizEdge was born from a problem our founders saw firsthand. The Torilo team, a UK-based technology company founded in 2012, noticed a glaring gap: the tools that helped businesses in the UK run efficiently simply didn't exist in an accessible, affordable form for Nigerian SMEs.

The paperwork was overwhelming. Payroll was done on spreadsheets. HR records lived in filing cabinets. There was no single affordable tool that could help a 10-person business in Lagos manage its people.

So we built one. BizEdge launched in Nigeria in 2021 as a product of Torilo Group, with offices in Lagos and the UK. Today, 2500+ businesses across Nigeria run their HR, payroll, attendance, recruitment and operations on BizEdge. Our passion lies in crafting solutions and services that help businesses manage top talent, boost productivity, enhance communication, scale with ease and reduce costs.
