To begin your journey with the People App, ensure you have the necessary credentials to log in. Once logged in, you’ll be greeted by the app’s intuitive dashboard. The dashboard serves as a central hub, providing quick access to various HR functions.
1. Adding Employee Details via CSV File:
Navigate to the “People” section within the dashboard. Here, you can effortlessly upload employee details using a CSV file. This streamlined process eliminates manual data entry, saving you time and reducing the likelihood of errors.
2. Managing Company Documents:
The “Document” section allows you to securely upload and organise company-related documents. Store important files such as employee handbooks, policies, and compliance documents in a centralised location, making them easily accessible when needed.
3. Configuring and Assigning Time Off:
Efficiently manage employee time off requests by heading to the “Time Off” section. Configure time-off policies to align with your company’s guidelines and assign time-off allowances to individual employees. This feature simplifies the process of tracking and approving time-off requests.

5. Onboarding with Email Introductions:

6. Inviting and Managing Access Levels
